Funky juicy pork chops on the bone. Pork loin chops are prepared - quickly and easily, and to taste almost real barbecue at home! Men will appreciate it! Delicious, juicy and aromatic meat without hassle!

  1. Wash the pork loin with cool water, dry it with paper towels and cut into large pieces with a bone.
  2. We put each piece between two bags and lightly beat off.
  3. Rub the meat with salt and pepper
  4. Cut the onion into half rings.
  5. Put the meat in the container, put the onion on top.
  6. We alternate layers of meat and onions.
  7. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  8. And pour a little vegetable oil.
  9. Leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes. Or we put the meat in the refrigerator, it will be stored for a couple of days, and you can quickly prepare a delicious dinner at any time.
  10. Before you start frying the meat, peel off the onions from it so that it does not burn during frying.
  11. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  12. We spread the chops. The pan must be very hot.
  13. Fry on one side over high heat, 3-4 minutes, until a beautiful golden crust.
  14. Turn over and fry on the other side, also 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  15. We transfer the fried meat to a mold or on a baking sheet, if there are a lot of chops.
  16. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bring the meat to full readiness for about 10 minutes.
