Delicate meatballs with rice and sour cream sauce with tomato and flour will appeal to both adults and children!
This is a very simple and quick recipe for meatballs (meatballs). You don't even need to fry anything - they quickly mixed all the ingredients for the minced meat, made meatballs, poured sauce, and after 20 minutes you can call the whole family to the table!
Best of all, meatballs with mashed potatoes. It is also possible with pasta, rice, buckwheat - almost any side dish. But with mashed potatoes - it's just a classic! ))

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Let's prepare minced meat for meatballs.
  2. First, cook the rice.
  3. Put the rice in a saucepan, fill it with water so that the water covers the rice for a couple of centimeters. The water can be salted.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 4-5 minutes at a low boil. Rice will absorb enough water, but it will not boil down into porridge.
  5. Drain off excess water and leave the rice to cool.
  6. For minced meat, chop the onion in a blender or chop finely with a knife.
  7. Put the minced meat in a bowl.
  8. Add the bow.
  9. And also, in a blender, grind a couple of garlic cloves and parsley.
  10. Put greens with garlic in minced meat.
  11. Add the egg.
  12. Salt and pepper to taste.
  13. Mix the minced meat well.
  14. Add rice.
  15. And mix well again.
  16. We make meatballs. Meatballs can be of any size from mini to large koloboks - as you like.
  17. We spread the meatballs in a saucepan or a deep frying pan (or in a baking sheet, if you want to bake the meatballs in the oven).
  18. And we prepare the Fill - the Gravy.
  19. We mix in a convenient container:
  20. Sour cream
  21. Ketchup or tomato sauce
  22. 1-2 tbsp flour (the more flour you add, the thicker the gravy will be).
  23. Mix well.
  24. Salt and pepper to taste.
  25. And I will also add a little Georgian adjika.
  26. Mix everything well and dilute with water.
  27. And now we pour our meatballs with the resulting filling-gravy.
  28. And on top I lay out pieces of butter (instead of butter, you can add a little vegetable oil, it's to your taste, but I love it with butter).
  29. Cover the pan with a lid and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  30. Reduce the heat so that the boil is not very violent, and cook the meatballs for 15-20 minutes.
  31. Our delicious meatballs in tender gravy are ready!
  32. Sprinkle them with herbs and serve.
