I was preparing for the culinary alphabet and found this recipe. Cooking is very easy and simple, so I offer it to you, my dear friends.

  1. Cut the fillet into thin plates, beat off, salt and pepper.
  2. Put the pieces of meat in length, so that one edge of the meat goes over the other and beat off the joints again.
  3. Sprinkle with herbs and put thin strips of butter along the length (the meat will be juicier)
  4. Roll up into a thin tube, and then "snail".
  5. Secure the "snail" with wooden sticks and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown under the lid and over low heat.
