Delicious and juicy minced meat casserole with boiled eggs, with an incredibly beautiful cut!
My family was completely delighted with the taste and beauty of the casserole, and even asked for supplements three times)))
Making minced meat casserole is easier and faster than cutlets and zrazy, and all products can be bought at the nearest store.
The taste and appearance are simply amazing!

  4. Chop the garlic.
  5. Chop the parsley with a knife.
  6. Put the minced meat in a bowl (I have chicken + pork).

  8. We squeeze the loaf from the milk and add to the minced meat. Let's mix.
  9. Salt and pepper to taste.
  10. And add your favorite seasonings. I have a mixture of Italian herbs and paprika flakes. You can add your favorite seasoning for minced meat or chicken.
  11. And mix the minced meat well so that it becomes homogeneous.
  12. Lay out the bottom and sides of the baking dish with thin slices of bacon.
  13. Advice
  14. Thanks to bacon, the finished casserole will look incredibly impressive and festive. But besides a beautiful appearance, bacon will add extraordinary juiciness to the entire casserole.
  15. We spread part of the minced meat in the form and level it.
  16. Put peeled boiled eggs in the center.
  17. Now we fill all the voids well with minced meat.
  18. Put the remaining minced meat on top and level the surface.
  19. Cover the bottom of the casserole with thin slices of bacon.
  20. We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  21. If you suddenly decide to cook a casserole without bacon, this option is also possible, it is better to cover the form with foil.
  22. We take out the finished casserole from the oven.
  23. And gently turn the casserole onto a baking sheet upside down.
  24. Lubricate the surface of the casserole with meat juice.
  25. Return the casserole to the oven for 10-15 minutes under the top grill to brown the bacon a little.
