A mix of mint or lemon balm with lime is a very healthy drink, just a must after a fatty meal.

Ingredients

  1. Put the mint leaves in a jug.
  2. Coarsely chop half of the lime, add to the jug, cut the other into 4 slices.
  3. Pour in 900 ml of boiling water, cover with a towel for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Strain the mix, add honey and stir. Pour into 4 glasses, each with a slice of lime.
