  1. 1. Pour wine into a bowl with a thick bottom, add all the spices and sugar. Many people like to put honey, but when heated, it loses its beneficial properties, so we recommend it only in the bite.
  2. 2. Heat the wine over low heat to a temperature of 70–72 °, without bringing it to a boil. You need to remove from the heat as soon as the white foam disappears and steam appears.
  3. 3. We infuse the drink for 10-15 minutes under a tightly closed lid and serve hot in tall glasses or cups. Strain before serving and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
