Mustard-vegetable barbecue marinade

  1. Peel and wash onions and carrots. Onion cut into cubes. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
  2. Heat up the pan. Pour vegetable oil. Put onions and carrots. Simmer vegetables, stirring, over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Cool down.
  3. Place prepared vegetables in a bowl. Add mustard, sour cream, sugar, salt, pepper, barbecue spices, apple cider vinegar. Mix well. The barbecue marinade is ready.
  4. Wash the meat, dry it, cut into portions. Put the prepared meat in the marinade, mix well. Marinate the meat for 3-4 hours.
  5. Fry the kebab in any way (on the grill, in a frying pan, in the oven, in an electric barbecue), sprinkling the meat lightly with lemon juice before cooking. Serve with fresh vegetables.
