NOODLES WITH CHICKEN IN TERIAC SAUCE

This Asian dish is delicious and easy to prepare. You do not need to spend half the evening at the stove. In less than half an hour, a delicious and original dinner will be served: soba buckwheat noodles with chicken and classic Japanese teriyaki sauce. There are many options for cooking this dish, in our recipe, it is prepared with mushrooms, hot peppers, and fresh green onions. We also use ready-made teriyaki, but you can replace it with homemade sauce.

  1. Marinate the chicken in 1/4 of the teriyaki sauce for 20 minutes.
  2. Boil the noodles in salted water according to the instructions on the package (4 to 7 minutes) and discard in a colander.
  3. Peel and chop shallots, mushrooms, green onions, and coriander. Cut the pepper into cubes.
  4. Heat a greased grill pan. Fry the chicken over medium heat until golden on both sides. Reduce heat and add half of the teriyaki sauce. Cook for 10-12 minutes and transfer to a plate.
  5. Fry the mushrooms in a hot pan with shallots until golden. Add chili peppers and garlic and simmer for 30 seconds.
  6. Transfer the noodles to a switched-off pan, pour in the soy sauce, and sprinkle with green onions. Stir.
  7. Place the noodles in the center of the plate, place the chicken on top, squeeze the lime juice and sprinkle with coriander.
