I really love iced tea, and I must admit, quite good copies have appeared in stores lately. One drawback - usually too sweet, and sometimes the ingredients are suspicious :) The way out is such a wonderful homemade tea. And how many variations - a short Karelian summer is not enough to try everything! :))

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Brew tea in about 400 ml. hot water (here tea bags are very convenient, I don't like catching tea leaves). I warn you right away: 4 bags is a fairly concentrated tea, a little tart, so you can reduce the portion.
  2. Pour warm tea (remove the bags beforehand) into a jug, add sugar at the same stage, if required. Put mint leaves, lingonberries (let them thaw beforehand), pour in orange and lemon juices. Crush the whole thing with a spoon / fork on a long handle and leave for an hour. Then add water, stir and put in the refrigerator, at least for a few hours. Strain before serving.
