Pepper stuffed with meat and rice

Ingredients

  1. Wash the peppers, cut the stalk, remove the seeds.
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry. Squeeze the garlic.
  3. Mix the minced meat, washed rice, onion, garlic, egg, seasonings, mix thoroughly.
  4. Fill the peppers about 3/4 with a teaspoon (the rice will swell during cooking, filling the rest of it), put them in the pan with the hole up. Dilute the water with tomato paste, pour over the peppers.
  5. Simmer over medium heat for 20-30 minutes (until rice is cooked). Serve with sour cream.
