Piccolo cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 quail egg white
• 40 ml gin
• 0.25 tsp icing sugar
• 10 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 15 pomegranate seeds

Directions

1. Put 7 pomegranate seeds at the bottom of the glass. Shake the rest of the ingredients well in a shaker with ice. Filter into a glass.
