Chicken pirzola is a tasty and juicy dish cooked on the grill. Thanks to a special way of cutting chicken thighs and a spicy marinade, the meat is incredibly soft and fragrant.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash chicken thighs and pat dry with paper towels. Remove skin. Carefully separate the bone from the pulp with a sharp knife, not reaching the joint on the other side. Turn the bone in the opposite direction. Clean the bone.
  2. Treat all thighs in this way.
  3. Prepare marinade for chicken. Mix sour cream, ketchup, chicken spices and salt (if spices without salt).
  4. To mix everything. Taste and adjust the marinade to your liking. If the spices are not spicy enough, you can add more pepper and dried garlic.
  5. Place the chicken thighs in the marinade until they are completely covered. Leave the chicken in the marinade for 2 hours or longer (in this case, put in the refrigerator and take out an hour before cooking).
  6. Prepare pickled onions. Cut a large onion into thin half rings.
  7. Put the chopped onion in a bowl, add sugar, salt, a little black pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice and leave for 15 minutes.
  8. Wrap the bones in foil before cooking to prevent them from burning.
  9. Lay the chicken thighs on the grill and place it on the grill over the coals. Flipping the grate on one side or the other, fry the meat until cooked. Pirzola will be ready in 15-20 minutes.
  10. To serve, put pita bread, chicken thighs, pickled onions on a plate. Add chopped vegetables and herbs. Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal.
