I bring to your attention the usual pork in an unusual sauce

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse the pork, dry and cut into medium cubes.
  2. Prepare the marinade.
  3. Pour 300 ml of boiling water into a saucepan or bowl, add tea, cover and let it brew for ~ 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea leaves through a sieve and cool well.
  5. Add salt, sugar, pepper to the tea leaves and mix.
  6. Put diced meat into the resulting tea marinade and leave for ~ 30 minutes.
  7. Wash the tomato and cut into cubes.
  8. Peel the onion and cut into quarters.
  9. Put a tomato, onion in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and sugar, and pour in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar to taste (the mixture should be tasted - it should taste good; if necessary, add a little salt, sugar or sauce and bring it "to taste" ).
  10. Place half of the tomato mixture in a baking dish.
  11. Lay down the meat.
  12. Put the remaining vegetable mixture on top of the meat.
  13. Cover the dish with a lid or foil and place in the oven.
  14. Advice. Glass or ceramic dishes should be placed in a cold oven.
  15. Heat the oven to ~ 170-180 ° C and simmer the meat for ~ 60 minutes.
  16. Remove the cooked meat from the oven and let stand for ~ 10-15 minutes.
