Papirkash is almost the same as goulash, but as the name implies, the taste of red sweet pepper dominates here, not tomatoes.

  1. Cut the meat into cubes with a side of 3 cm and fry until golden brown in a saucepan.
  2. Then add the onion and fry until transparent.
  3. Add the diced pepper and the hot pepper chopped into strips.
  4. We simmer everything together, stirring, for 5 minutes.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, chop the garlic.
  6. Add to a saucepan, pour 0.5 liters of water, add paprika, red pepper, salt, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. Mix sour cream with flour, add to a saucepan, stir so that there are no lumps. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
