If you want to impress your loved ones by cooking something very tasty and see a real delight, pork ribs in honey garlic sauce is what you need! With a fairly simple preparation, pork ribs in a honey-garlic marinade are very appetizing. Honey gives the meat a sweetish aftertaste and provides a golden crust, and garlic - for the spice of the dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We wash the ribs under running water.
  2. We clean the garlic and squeeze it through a press.
  3. We are preparing the marinade. Pour wine and sunflower oil into a bowl, add honey, garlic, barbecue seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix everything and let it brew for 5 minutes.
  4. Put the ribs in a bowl and combine them with the marinade. Thoroughly rub the marinade into the ribs and send them to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Turn the ribs every hour so that they are marinated on all sides.
  5. Put the ribs on the grill.
  6. We put coal on the grill and light the fire. When the coals burn out, pour water over the fires so that there is no open fire.
  7. We send the grill with pork ribs in a honey-garlic marinade to the grill.
  8. Cook the ribs on the grill for about 50 minutes, turning the grate every 5 minutes. We remove the grate from the grill.
  9. We serve the ribs to the table.
