One of the most popular dishes of Ukrainian cuisine, there are "Transcarpathian krucheniki", "Khust kruchenyky", "Mukachevo kruchenyky". Small rolls of meat with a wide variety of fillings can be prepared both for a holiday and for a family dinner.

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into centimeter-thick pieces, season with salt and pepper to taste and beat well. For the filling, cut the mushrooms and bell peppers, peeled from seeds, into small cubes. Fry diced onions in a pan with butter, add mushrooms and pepper, salt and pepper. After five minutes, add pre-cooked rice, chopped parsley and dill.
  2. Mix. Put the filling on each broken piece of meat, roll it up and stab it with toothpicks, you can tie it with threads. Fry pork rolls in vegetable oil, gradually reduce the heat during cooking. Put the dish in the oven for a few minutes. When serving, remove the thread or toothpick, decorate with herbs.

  4. Serve the dish with any side dish. For the filling, you can use cheese, herbs, prunes, it is not necessary to use pork, it can be replaced with beef or chicken.
