Delicious meat immediately with a side dish

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the pork, dry it and cut into slices ~ 1 cm thick.
  2. Beat the meat on both sides, placing it between two layers of cling film. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
  4. Fry the potatoes in a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil until half cooked.
  5. Council. I didn’t fry the potatoes during cooking, but with the fried potatoes, the casserole will come to readiness much faster. With raw potatoes, the dish is cooked for ~ 1 hour.
  6. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  7. Wash, dry and cut the tomato into cubes.
  8. Wash the bell peppers, remove the seed box and also cut into cubes.
  9. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  10. Cut the pickled cucumber into small cubes.
  11. Peel the garlic and finely chop or pass through a garlic extractor.
  12. In a bowl, mix the prepared vegetables: tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, pickled cucumbers, half the norm of garlic, half the norm of cheese, add mayonnaise to make a viscous gruel and mix well.
  13. Place broken pork slices on the bottom of a greased dish. Sprinkle the meat with half the chopped garlic.
  14. Put a layer of fried potatoes on the pork, season with salt and pepper.
  15. Cover the potatoes with the cheese-vegetable mixture with mayonnaise and spread the gruel evenly over the entire surface of the potatoes.
  16. Bake meat with potatoes and vegetables for ~ 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to ~ 180 ° C.
  17. Sprinkle the cheese over the casserole and bake for ~ 10 more minutes.
  18. Leave the prepared casserole for ~ 10-15 minutes and serve, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
