Potato casserole with marinated white mushrooms

You can cook a dish with marinated mushrooms not only on a baking sheet but also in a baking dish, in a multicooker, or even in a frying pan.

  1. Boil potatoes in uniforms. Cool and peel. Cut into rings.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in oil until golden.
  3. Grease the pan with oil and lay out the potatoes, place the fried onions on top.
  4. On top, evenly spread the marinated white mushrooms and pour the cream.
  5. On top of the casserole, spread the rest of the potatoes and sprinkle with hard, grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
