Autumn is the time for cozy meals. How nice it is to feed your family with tender mashed potatoes with meat, chicken, mushrooms. But you can serve your favorite dish in a new form, and then it will become worthy of a festive table.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain the water, dry the potatoes a little. Mash the mashed potatoes, add the egg and butter, stir well. Pour in warm milk little by little until you have a thick puree. Whisk the puree with a whisk. Cool slightly.
  2. Transfer the puree to a waved cooking bag. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. First, make the bottom: squeeze the mashed potatoes in a spiral to make a circle with a diameter of 8-10 cm.
  3. Now squeeze out the puree only around the edges of the circle so that the sides are 4 cm high.
  4. Place the filling in the center of the nest. Brush the top of the puree with melted butter. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 170 ° C and bake until the puree is golden brown, 15–20 minutes.
  5. Filling 1. Combine minced meat with bread crumbs, add finely chopped onion and parsley, season and knead well. Roll up small meatballs and fry until golden brown, transfer to a plate. For the sauce, finely chop the remaining onion and garlic and fry until soft. Add tomatoes and spices, season, simmer for 15 minutes. Place the meatballs in the sauce and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Filling 2. Chop the onion and garlic finely and sauté until soft. Add spinach and cook, covered, 10 minutes. Pour in the cream, season and simmer for another 3 minutes. Transfer the filling to the nests and add the mozzarella.
  7. Filling 3. Cut veal, onion and pepper into thin strips. Fry the onion in a skillet until soft, then add the veal and pepper and fry for 5-7 minutes. Pour in sour cream, season, simmer for 5 minutes.
