  1. Peel, wash and boil potatoes in salted water. Drain and let the potatoes cool.
  2. Pass it through a meat grinder or press, add starch, egg yolks, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Knead a tough dough.
  4. Cut the prepared dough into 8 pieces.
  5. Roll each piece about 0.5 cm thick on a work surface sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
  6. Add eggs, parsley to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper. Knead well
  7. Put the filling on the dough pieces and roll them into rolls.
  8. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the rolls in a dish greased with olive oil and pour over the melted butter. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
