  1. Pass the garlic through a press, add vegetable oil (2 tablespoons), Provencal herbs, seasoning, rabbit fillet and mix. Leave on for 1 hour.
  2. Dice the onions and carrots.
  3. Fry the rabbit fillet over medium heat for 15 minutes. Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil over medium heat for 10 minutes. Combine with meat, add sour cream, milk, salt and simmer covered for 30 minutes over low heat.
