Rice with broccoli in Chinese

Ingredients

  1. Rinse the rice, cover with cold water so that the water covers the rice by 1.5 cm, bring to a boil, cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes; remove from heat, let the rice brew for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Mix fish and soy sauces and sugar; the filling is ready.
  3. Wash broccoli, disassemble into small inflorescences and boil in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, add spinach and cook for another 30 seconds; drain the water.
  4. Peel and finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger.
  5. Heat the peanut butter in a skillet and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger over medium heat for 1 minute.
  6. Place broccoli and spinach in a skillet and heat, stirring occasionally for 1 minute.
  7. Place the rice on a plate, top with the broccoli and spinach, top with the dressing, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
