Rice with egg, peas and soy sauce

  1. Boil rice until partially cooked.
  2. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan, add crushed garlic, finely chopped onion, canned peas and fry, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add rice and fry, stirring occasionally, for about a minute.
  5. Spread the contents evenly over the bottom of the pan and pour in the beaten egg. Stir until the egg is cooked.
  6. Add soy sauce at the end, stir.
  7. Add chopped green onions.
