Rice with meat in a pot in Peruvian style

Instead of veal, you can use pork, instead of champignons - porcini mushrooms, and instead of margarine - vegetable oil.

  1. Fry the meat cut into small cubes and chopped onion in margarine.
  2. Mix the shredded cabbage, chopped peppers, chopped mushrooms. Add meat. Fry a little.
  3. Place in pots, add broth, simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Boil the rice until half cooked, then rinse it, dry it and add to the pots. Boil over low heat.
