Rice with vegetables and mushrooms

  1. Cook rice.
  2. Fry onions and carrots in sunflower oil. Add chopped broccoli and mushrooms. When the vegetables are soft and the onions are golden, add the boiled rice. Stir and keep on fire for 5 minutes.
  3. Season to taste. I recommend adding greens.
