Rice with vegetables

Rice goes very well with any vegetable. We prepare stuffed cabbage from it, pilaf - with meat or vegetarian. Rice is a great side dish.

  1. Grate the carrots on a medium grater and stew in oil.
  2. Peel the peppers and cut them into strips.
  3. Tomatoes are cut into slices.
  4. In a meat grinder, twist peppers, tomatoes, stewed carrots, and garlic.
  5. Cook the twisted mixture of vegetables over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Rinse the rice and pour it into a saucepan of boiling water.
  7. When the rice is almost ready - in about 15 minutes, pour water and spread the rice in a mixture of vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Stew until fully cooked. Cover with a towel and give some time for the rice and vegetables to infuse.
  9. Garnish with greens and serve.
