  1. Boil the rice in boiling water until tender. Drain.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté 3 cups of finely chopped mushrooms and finely chopped onions until soft.
  3. Add rice, finely chopped green onions and soy sauce to taste. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for a while until the rice is well heated.
