Incredible yummy - cook it up, you won't regret it! On weekdays and holidays it is appropriate! This salad will immediately become your favorite. First, it is quick and easy to prepare. Secondly, the combination of products in it is simply unique. Thirdly, each time you vary the ingredients, you will get new tastes and accents. It can be served as a salad or as an independent dish - it turns out very satisfying!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. It is clear that we need to boil the eggs first, if there are no ready-made ones. Quail eggs are boiled and cooled for 20 minutes. While they are being prepared, other ingredients must be processed as well. Moreover, if they are frozen, as in my case. Shrimp, if you have time, can be defrosted naturally. It would be nice if they were already cleaned up.
  2. Step 2. We will do the same with mussels. If they are not filled with water beforehand, they will look something like this, i.e. will not lose their shape later, when they need to be dipped in boiling water.
  3. Step 3. Put some water on gas (to dip the mussels and shrimps in it) and open the jar of squid. Taste it - if not very salty, cut in your preferred format. I cut them into strips.
  4. Step 4. Another ingredient that will make our salad hearty and tasty is crab sticks. I came across not frozen. I removed the packaging from them and cut them across. If the shrimp are frozen, defrost them beforehand as it will take more time to prepare the salad.
  5. Step 5. Fill the shrimp and mussels with boiling water for a couple of minutes, but for now, peel the quail eggs and chop them finely.
  6. Step 6. Combine eggs with red caviar. We will try, mixing them, with a fork to "squeeze" everything that is possible from the caviar. After all, it will be such an original dressing.
  7. Step 7. Take out the shrimp and mussels from the boiling water. Peel the shrimp if necessary. And put it all together.
  8. Step 8. Put the salad in the bowl where the dressing was prepared, put everything together. Add yogurt before serving.
  9. And more tips ...
  10. Defrost seafood gradually, otherwise you will get gruel.
  11. Squid, if it is very salty, rinse thoroughly, to the extent that it is soaked one hour before cooking.
  12. If there are no quail eggs, then take chicken eggs, but they cook longer and cool longer, keep this in mind when counting the cooking time.
  13. A wide variety of ingredients can be added to the salad & ndash; starting with potatoes and ending with corn, etc.
  14. This salad can be seasoned with olive oil or yogurt or something else made from lactic acid, but not sour cream.
  15. It is advisable, when preparing such a salad, to have at hand already boiled and cooled foods.
