Bright, spicy, warming, invigorating and very healthy tea, especially in winter. A whole "bouquet" of vitamins and microelements is contained in sea buckthorn, which are perfectly preserved even in frozen berries. Combined with ginger, this delicious tea is a powerful vitamin explosion. It is especially good to drink at the first sign of a cold. Perfectly strengthens the immune system.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the lemon into circles. Peel the ginger. Cut pineapples into small pieces.Pound sea buckthorn in mashed potatoes with the addition of a tablespoon of sugar or honey. Grate the ginger.
  2. Put all the ingredients together with green tea (or jasmine flowers) into a teapot. Lemons need two circles, but more can be done if you like sour. Add honey or sugar to taste (sweeter if needed). Pour boiling water over.
  3. Let it brew for 10 - 15 minutes, and you're done! You can leave it overnight, in the morning the taste will become very soft and rich.
