Health, benefits, taste, power of the sun - everything is in this hot drink! Sea buckthorn tea in the season is not very expensive and quite economical when your sea buckthorn grows on your garden plot. This tea is very healthy and tasty!

  1. If you have a French press, add all the food except the sea buckthorn in it. If not, place them in a saucepan or large mug.
  2. Also put the sea buckthorn in the press. If you don't have it, put it in a bowl and crush with a spoon or fork (or a mashed potato, blender .) and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Pour boiling water over.
  4. If a press - crush the berries, if a saucepan - just stir. Cover and let sit for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour into cups.
  6. Add syrup and sugar (or one or the other) to taste, you can use both honey and white sugar - whatever you like.
