Shish kebab in ginger marinade (in a frying pan)

Meat kebab marinated in soy sauce with honey and ginger is something unimaginable!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the meat into pieces of about 30 g each.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger.
  3. Mix soy sauce, honey and lime juice.
  4. Mix meat with sauce, garlic and ginger. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
  5. Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes.
  6. Thread meat onto skewers.
  7. Heat up the pan.
  8. Fry the kebab in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side (12-16 minutes in total).
  9. Ginger skewers are ready. Enjoy your meal!
