  2. For cooking barbecue, pork neck or pork belly is perfect. I took the brisket. The main thing is that the meat is not lean.
  3. Cut the meat into small pieces, approximately the same shape.
  4. We shift the meat into a bowl, add ketchup, black ground pepper, red ground pepper, salt.
  5. Mix everything with your hand, rubbing the spices into the meat, and leave it to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. In the refrigerator, meat can marinate longer - up to 24 hours.
  6. Then we string the meat on wooden skewers so that the pieces fit snugly against each other.
  7. We shift the skewers to a plate that can be put in the microwave. We cook the kebab in the microwave at 800 W as follows: 5 minutes on one side - turn over, 5 minutes on the other side - turn over, again 5 minutes on the first side. After these three five-minute approaches, we leave the finished skewers in the already turned off microwave oven for another 5 minutes - let them stand, they will reach.
  8. That's all! The barbecue is ready in the microwave. Serve hot on skewers.
