A simple recipe for pork skewers in mayonnaise. It may not be haute cuisine, but the meat is tasty and soft.

  1. We cut the meat into portions. We clean the onion, cut into rings. Add seasoning, salt, mayonnaise. We mix. We leave the kebab in mayonnaise for 6-18 hours.
  2. We string the marinated meat on skewers, alternating with onion rings.
  3. In the process of cooking, the barbecue should be sprinkled with water, diluted vinegar or weak wine - the meat will be juicier. In addition, in this way we do not let the fire flare up if the coals are not burnt out enough.
  4. Grill the skewers until done. We fry kebabs intensively (there are lovers), but this is not at all necessary - you can remove them from the coals as soon as a golden crust forms.
  5. You can eat kebabs directly from the skewer, or you can remove them to a plate.
  6. Enjoy your meal!
