  1. Cut the chicken into portions. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Fry the chicken in vegetable oil on all sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings and fry separately.
  4. Add the onion to the chicken, pour over the cream and simmer for 30-40 minutes over medium heat (until tender). Serve with your favorite side dish.
