  1. Put the frozen squid in a bowl, pour over with boiling water and remove the film and entrails.
  2. Add salt to boiling water. Take turns to dip the squid in boiling water for 15 seconds. Then cut into strips.
  3. Boil the rice in a separate saucepan.
  4. Fry chopped onions (half rings) and carrots (slices) in a pan.
  5. Add squid, pour in tomato paste and season with spices.
  6. Cook for about three more minutes, then mix the rice with the squid on a plate and serve.
