Stuffed peppers are a very tasty dish, garnished with vegetables and meat. Compared to stuffed cabbage, the recipe for stuffed peppers is much simpler and faster. And if you take yellow, red, or orange peppers of different colors for cooking and serve them beautifully - the delicacy is unsurpassed!

  1. From pepper, we cut off the top part, and we clear of seeds.
  2. Finely chop the onion and sauté in a preheated pan with oil.
  3. Grate the carrots, cut the tomato, add to the onion and fry together for another 4-5 minutes.
  4. Boil rice in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Discard on a sieve.
  5. Mix minced meat, rice, onions with carrots, herbs, pepper, and salt. Leave some of the stewed vegetables for the sauce.
  6. Stuff the prepared pepper with the filling and place it vertically in a wide pan.
  7. Prepare a sauce for stewing stuffed peppers: stir in 100-150 ml of drinking water tomato sauce, sour cream, and other stewed vegetables.
  8. Pour stuffed pepper sauce without pouring over the edges of the pepper. Stew over medium heat under a lid for 1 hour.
  9. Garnish with greens, serve with sour cream, sauce in which the pepper was stewed.
