This Turkish dish comes from the city of Gaziantep and its surroundings. Kebabs come in many different forms and methods of preparation. But tava kebab is special! Try it, you will like it.

  1. Pass the meat in a meat grinder along with onions. Add spices, salt to taste. Wash the vegetables. Cut eggplants and tomatoes into slices, pepper into slices. Grease a baking dish with oil. Form the minced meat into balls, put in a baking dish, alternating with eggplant, tomato and pepper. Add a pinch of salt to 150 ml of water, pour vegetables and meat. Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 1 hour. The fragrant tava kebab is ready. Bon Appetit! Chef's tip: Do not cover the baking dish when baking. Lamb can be replaced with veal or chicken.
