  2. The process is very lengthy, but very interesting. It is necessary to pick leaves of fireweed, only clean, good leaves !!!! Weather permitting (June-July), in the middle of the day, when the sun is shining and there is no rain! With nice mood!!!!
  3. Bring the leaves home and leave in a bag for 2-3 hours.
  4. After 2 hours, the leaves must be beaten off or crushed (like cabbage).
  5. Take a handful and twist it between your palms.
  6. Store tightly in a jar.
  7. Cover with a plate and set aside for two days in a dark place (for fermentation).
  8. Two days later, you can see such a picture.
  9. Take out each twist and chop.
  10. Put on a drying surface (I have a dryer) and send to dry.
  11. I dried for 8 hours at 48 *.
  12. Transfer to storage bags.
  13. And enjoy healthy tea at any time!
