Tomato Basil Garlic Smoothie

A spicy, refreshing, and very tasty drink made from tomatoes, basil, and garlic with the addition of Tabasco sauce.

  1. 1. For cooking, we need tomatoes, basil, garlic, Tabasco sauce (it is possible to replace it with another analog), brown sugar (you can use any other), and coarse sea salt (you can use any other). Wash vegetables, and dry.
  2. 2. Remove the stalk from the tomato. You can not remove the skin from the tomato. Divide the tomatoes into 4 parts. Put the basil and garlic on the bottom of the blender bowl. Put tomatoes on top of the bowl, and add Tabasco sauce, salt, and sugar. With a blender (preferably in turbo mode), grind the contents of the bowl.
  3. 3. Pour the finished smoothie into a glass container and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes. Shake before use.
