1. Finely chop the onion, chop the cilantro coarsely, peel the avocado and cut into small pieces. Juice the limes.

2. Peel the crab meat from the chitinous plates and disassemble into small pieces.
3. Shrimp (preferably very small), throw in slightly salted boiling water and cook for one and a half minutes. Drain all the water from the shrimp, dry and cool.
4. In a large bowl, stir together the tomato juice, ketchup, crab juice, lime juice, tabasco, and salt. Add onion and cilantro and stir well.
5.Pour the avocado pieces into the tomato-onion mixture, stir and, while stirring gently, gradually add the crab meat and shrimp.
6. Put the cocktail in transparent glasses with a large spoon. Serve with salty crackers.
