Turkey fillet in a multicooker

In the multicooker of turkey fillet, you can cook a delicious "goulash", which goes well with any side dish. After all, turkey meat looks very much like pork but has a more tender and mild taste.

  1. Peel an onion and chop it into small cubes. Turn on the multicooker in the frying mode, and pour in sunflower oil.
  2. Cut the turkey meat into medium cubes.
  3. Fry the fillet pieces with the onion for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Add flour, salt, and tomato, and mix to combine. Lower the basil.
