Lasagna is a traditional dish of Italian cuisine and there are many options for its preparation. Lasagna with minced meat and bechamel sauce is an incredible combination of unsurpassed taste and aroma.

  1. Prepare the bolognese sauce
  2. Put 2 chopped garlic cloves, onion, and half of pepper on a preheated frying pan. Make sure that the garlic and onion do not burn.
  3. Add a little salt and pepper. And there we spread the stuffing. Add oregano. Stir. Fry well.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes to the stuffing.
  5. Add 2 teaspoons of tomato paste. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a little rosemary.
  6. Bechamel sauce
  7. Put butter on a hot pan. When it has melted, add flour. Stir until the butter absorbs all the flour. Our "ru" is ready. Set the pan aside.
  8. We take a glass of milk. Pour into a saucepan and put on low heat. Add a spoonful of "ru", stirring constantly. The consistency should turn out like not very thick sour cream.
  9. Gradually pour in the rest of the milk and stir constantly to avoid lumps.
  10. Add cheddar cheese or any semi-hard cheese and nutmeg. Continue to stir.
  11. We make lasagna
  12. Grease the form with bechamel sauce.
  13. Spread the lasagna leaves. And again grease with béchamel cheese sauce.
  14. Spread the filling (Bolognese sauce). And repeat all the manipulations to make 3 layers. Grease the top layer of lasagna leaves with bechamel sauce and sprinkle with parmesan or just cheese.
  15. Between the layers you can sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
  16. Send in the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
