  1. Grate hard cheese using a coarse grater.
  2. Beat eggs in a deep bowl, add cheese, sour cream, and salt, and mix well.
  3. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Spread the vegetable mix, and add salt and pepper to taste. Pour in the egg and sour cream blend.
  4. Put in the oven preheated to 200 °C and bake it for 25 minutes.
  5. The dish is ready once it is thick and golden brown!
