Vegetable lemonade

Ingredients

  1. 1.2 cucumbers and bell peppers in advance, 1 hour in advance, cut into thin circles and separately pour about 2 tbsp. l. sugar each. Cut the remaining cucumber and 1 lemon into thin slices before cooking. Squeeze juice from the remaining lemons.
  2. 2. Put 2-3 sprigs of tarragon or mint in a jug, add 1 tsp. sugar, zest and lime juice and lemon juice, pour over with soda water. Add the lemon mugs, pepper and all the cucumbers, along with the sweet juice that has come out.
  3. 3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then serve, garnish each glass with a sprig of mint or tarragon.
