  2. Cut the potatoes into large cubes, the onion into small cubes, and grate the carrots on a fine grater. Cut the cabbage into thin strips.
  3. Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil and fry the potatoes until semi-finished. Add all the spices and place them in a saucepan.
  4. Add the onion to the heated oil. Fry until golden and add carrots.
  5. Stir-fry the vegetables for 5 minutes. Then add them to the potatoes.
  6. Fry the cabbage in a preheated pan for 11 minutes under the lid. Don't forget to stir occasionally.
  7. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  8. After that, add the cabbage to the potatoes with vegetables and mix. Pour water and 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  9. Simmer the stew over medium heat for 25-30 minutes, stirring.
  10. Aromatic and appetizing vegetable stew ready!
