This tea drink with cranberries and rose hips strengthens the immune system and helps to cope with colds.

  1. Pour rose hips and black or green tea into a heated teapot.
  2. Lightly knead the cranberries with a spoon so that the berries burst.
  3. Add the mashed berries to the kettle and pour boiling water over it.
  4. We wrap the kettle with a thick towel. Let it brew for 15 minutes.
  5. During these 15 minutes, our tea has cooled down a little, so we add honey. We mix.
