Warming spicy persimmon tea

A tea drink with persimmon is very healthy and tonic. It keeps you warm after long winter walks.

  1. Cut the persimmon into pieces and put in a saucepan. Put there the ginger slices, ground cinnamon, peppercorns, cloves and cover with water. Put on fire, cook after boiling over low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes, add 1/4 lemon to the saucepan and cook for another 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea, add honey and stir.
  4. pour into mugs and enjoy a delicious tea drink.
