I carry a recipe from the category of not troublesome, but very effective! Remember, in the film: "Pants turn ... turn ..." And we have real miracles! How to make veal from turkey or chicken!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the turkey fillet into pieces. Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until crusty. Salt and season to taste (I have pepper, nutmeg and a little hops-suneli / recommend /)
  2. Cut the tomato into two halves and grate, discard the skin. Add the tomato pulp to the meat and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add cream and simmer covered for another 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve with a side dish (rice, potatoes, pasta, vegetables) Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.
  6. The meat is tasty, tender, pink, and very similar to veal.
