  1. Cut the onion into thin half rings, cut the meat into thin strips about 5 cm long and 5 mm wide, cut the pepper into small thin strips, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the garlic.
  2. Marinate the chopped meat in a bowl in soy sauce with garlic for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Cook noodles according to package instructions
  4. Fry the onions over moderate heat until golden brown, add the carrots, stir fry for 5-7 minutes, add the bell pepper, fry for another 5 minutes, add 10-15 ml of soy sauce, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes, put the meat together with the marinade in a frying pan to vegetables and simmer until meat is tender.
  5. Add noodles to vegetables and meat, fry for 5-7 minutes over low heat
  6. How and with what to serve: Serve hot and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top
