  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Pour sugar into a large bowl and add urbech. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, grated carrots, zest and raisins. Mix.
  4. Sift flour and baking soda into a separate bowl. Add cinnamon and nutmeg.
  5. Pour dry ingredients to wet and stir.
  6. Put the dough into a mold and place in the oven for 45 minutes.
